Well Mark "Cut Back" Davis played his third queen in 2014 and was, once again, in contention late. A birdie on the 16th got him tantilizingly close to the top of the leaderboard, but ultimately it was not to be. The book on Cut-Back is that the game is there if he avoid the big mistake. If Davis can keep it in play for 18, he'll surely be in the mix.
